Resident Council

The Starkville Housing Authority Resident Councils goal is to improve the quality of life and resident satisfaction and to participate in self-help initiatives that enable residents to create a positive living environment for families living in public housing. Their leadership plays an important role in deciding how tenant funds will be used to improve the quality of life for public housing residents.
